Alle hypertermicentre har tilsluttet sig SIIO&#8217;s foresl\u00e5ede vedt\u00e6gter og etiske kodeks. F\u00f8lgende temaer blev godkendt og foresl\u00e5et:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li>At fremme udbredelsen af viden inden for <strong>termoterapi<\/strong> og relaterede omr\u00e5der gennem publikationer, m\u00f8der og uddannelsessymposier.<\/li>\n<li>At opmuntre til fremgang for hypertermi inden for alle omr\u00e5der af l\u00e6gevidenskaben.<\/li>\n<li>At fremme kooperativ forskning mellem disciplinerne <strong>fysik, ingeni\u00f8rvidenskab, biologi, kemi og medicin<\/strong> i studiet af hypertermis egenskaber og virkninger i medicin, herunder hypertermisk perfusion af ekstremiteter og indvold, laserbehandlinger og radiofrekvensablationer.<\/li>\n<li>At organisere en national database vedr\u00f8rende tumorer behandlet med hypertermi: type, stadie, behandlingslinje, terapeutiske resultater, toksicitet og overlevelse.<\/li>\n<li>At definere nye <strong>integrerede protokoller (Fase II og III)<\/strong> for kemo-hypertermi, radio-hypertermi, immuno-hypertermi og palliativ medicin-hypertermi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">Resultater<\/h4>\n<p>            Behandlingen af de forel\u00f8bige data p\u00e5g\u00e5r. Ca. <strong>tre tusinde patienter<\/strong> behandles hvert \u00e5r med hypertermi i Italien (86% i private klinikker, 14% p\u00e5 offentlige hospitaler), alle i den metastatiske fase med tilbagefald efter kemoterapi og str\u00e5lebehandling, med en forventet levetid p\u00e5 mellem 3 og 24 m\u00e5neder.<\/p>\n<p>            Hver patient modtog i gennemsnit <strong>elleve hypertermisessioner<\/strong> (interval 3-28) ved hj\u00e6lp af forskellige typer hypertermi-enheder: <strong>Andromedic (HyDeep 600WM)<\/strong>, Oncotherm, BSD, Celsius, Syncrotherm. Behandlingens varighed var 55 minutter med 2-3 ugentlige sessioner. 50% af patienterne modtog enkelt-kemoterapi i personaliserede doser, og 90% modtog integrativ og st\u00f8ttende terapi. Der blev lagt s\u00e6rlig v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 at evaluere forbedringen i patienternes livskvalitet ved hj\u00e6lp af <strong>ESAS-skalaen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">Konklusioner<\/h4>\n<p>            SIIO har til form\u00e5l at udvide det terapeutiske paradigme gennem en numerisk for\u00f8gelse af hypertermicentre og uddannelse af eksperter blandt l\u00e6ger, teknikere og sygeplejersker.
