Tous les centres d&rsquo;hyperthermie ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9 aux statuts et au code d&rsquo;\u00e9thique propos\u00e9s par la SIIO. Les th\u00e8mes suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li>Promouvoir la diffusion des connaissances en <strong>thermoth\u00e9rapie<\/strong> et domaines connexes via des publications, des r\u00e9unions et des symposiums \u00e9ducatifs.<\/li>\n<li>Encourager l&rsquo;avancement de l&rsquo;hyperthermie dans tous les domaines des sciences m\u00e9dicales.<\/li>\n<li>Faciliter la recherche coop\u00e9rative entre la <strong>physique, l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie, la biologie, la chimie et la m\u00e9decine<\/strong> dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des effets de l&rsquo;hyperthermie, incluant les perfusions hyperthermiques et les ablations par radiofr\u00e9quence.<\/li>\n<li>Organiser une base de donn\u00e9es nationale concernant les tumeurs trait\u00e9es par hyperthermie : type, stade, r\u00e9sultats th\u00e9rapeutiques et survie.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir de nouveaux <strong>protocoles int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (Phase II et III)<\/strong> de chimio-hyperthermie, radio-hyperthermie et immuno-hyperthermie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h4>\n<p>            Le traitement des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9liminaires est en cours. Environ <strong>trois mille patients<\/strong> sont trait\u00e9s par hyperthermie chaque ann\u00e9e en Italie (86% en cliniques priv\u00e9es), tous en phase m\u00e9tastatique apr\u00e8s \u00e9chec de la chimioth\u00e9rapie et de la radioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>            Chaque patient a re\u00e7u en moyenne <strong>onze s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;hyperthermie<\/strong> utilisant diff\u00e9rents types de dispositifs, dont l&rsquo;<strong>Andromedic (HyDeep 600WM)<\/strong>. La dur\u00e9e du traitement \u00e9tait de 55 minutes, \u00e0 raison de 2-3 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires. 90% des patients ont re\u00e7u des th\u00e9rapies int\u00e9gratives et de soutien, avec une am\u00e9lioration notable de la qualit\u00e9 de vie (\u00e9chelle ESAS).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">Conclusions<\/h4>\n<p>            La SIIO vise \u00e0 \u00e9tendre le paradigme th\u00e9rapeutique par l&rsquo;augmentation des centres et la formation d&rsquo;experts.
