T\u00fcm hipertermi merkezleri, SIIO&#8217;nun \u00f6nerdi\u011fi t\u00fcz\u00fck ve etik kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki hedefler onaylanm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li>Yay\u0131nlar, toplant\u0131lar ve e\u011fitim sempozyumlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla <strong>Termoterapi<\/strong> ve ilgili alanlardaki bilgilerin yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<\/li>\n<li>T\u0131p bilimlerinin t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda Hiperterminin ilerlemesini te\u015fvik etmek.<\/li>\n<li>Ekstremite ve visseral hipertermik perf\u00fczyonlar, Lazer tedavileri ve Radyofrekans ablasyonlar dahil olmak \u00fczere, hiperterminin t\u0131ptaki \u00f6zelliklerini ve etkilerini incelemek i\u00e7in <strong>fizik, m\u00fchendislik, biyoloji, kimya ve t\u0131p<\/strong> disiplinleri aras\u0131nda i\u015f birli\u011fine dayal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak.<\/li>\n<li>Hipertermi ile tedavi edilen t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere ili\u015fkin ulusal bir veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturmak: t\u00fcr, evre, tedavi hatt\u0131, terap\u00f6tik sonu\u00e7lar, toksisite ve sa\u011fkal\u0131m.<\/li>\n<li>Kemohipertermi, radyohipertermi, imm\u00fcnohipertermi ve palyatif t\u0131p-hiperterminin yeni <strong>entegre protokollerini (Faz II ve III)<\/strong> tan\u0131mlamak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">Sonu\u00e7lar<\/h4>\n<p>            Elde edilen \u00f6n verilerin toplanmas\u0131 ve i\u015flenmesi devam etmektedir. \u0130talya&#8217;da her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 bin hasta<\/strong> hipertermi ile tedavi edilmektedir (%86 \u00f6zel kliniklerde, %14 kamu hastanelerinde). Hastalar\u0131n tamam\u0131 kemoterapi ve radyoterapi sonras\u0131 n\u00fcks eden metastatik evrededir ve ya\u015fam beklentileri 3 ile 24 ay aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>            Her hasta, <strong>Andromedic (HyDeep 600WM)<\/strong>, Oncotherm, BSD, Celsius ve Syncrotherm gibi farkl\u0131 cihazlar kullan\u0131larak ortalama <strong>on bir hipertermi seans\u0131<\/strong> (aral\u0131k 3-28) alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tedavi s\u00fcresi 55 dakika olup haftada 2-3 seans uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hastalar\u0131n %50&#8217;si ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f dozlarda tekli kemoterapi, %90&#8217;\u0131 ise integratif ve destekleyici tedaviler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hastalar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesindeki iyile\u015fmeyi de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in <strong>ESAS \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi<\/strong> kullan\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6zel \u00f6nem verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #1a2a6c; margin-top: 25px;\">\u00c7\u0131kar\u0131mlar<\/h4>\n<p>            SIIO, hipertermi merkezlerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak ve uzman doktorlar, teknisyenler ve hem\u015fireler yeti\u015ftirerek tedavi paradigmas\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmeyi hedeflemektedir.
